It's A Mad Mad World

A few thoughts and a few news items:

• Here's my report on tonight's Oscar Awards: who cares? Thank you very little, Hollywood, for some of the worst drivel I have experienced on the wide screen over the past year.

• Corrupt. A good word to define the inner workings of both political parties in the US. For instance, what has happened to the convicted killer of the Aurora movie theater? You remember him, right? The crazy grad student at the University of Colorado with the dyed red hair? The Colorado Department of Corrections will not say where James Holmes is being held. Allow me to suggest Mr. Holmes has a new name now, a new identity, and is living large overseas somewhere. How can that be, you might ask? To which I would respond, if you had been paying attention, you would have realized that many of these shootings over the past eight years were bogus. Staged incidents designed to influence American voters and change perceptions. Remember the so-called racially motivated shootings in Charlotte? Another one. The San Bernadino shootings? There were two different sets of shootings -- both set-ups. I'll not run down the list, but I am certain you recall some crime recently involving a mass shooting that seemed totally without reason. Yep, that one was likely staged too. And let's not forget Sandy Hook. Anyone involved in pushing the Sandy Hook narrative is a paid liar. Connecticut, Colorado, North Carolina -- these are just some of the states where the FIX is utilized. But don't believe me, do your own research.

John 20:25 says, "So the other disciples told him, 'We have seen the Lord!' But he [Thomas] said to them, 'Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe it.'"

Believe the establishment media at your own risk. Don't be a putz.

• It has also come to my attention that the organizers of the recent women's march in Washington are known terrorists and felons. Check it out here. Mark my word: this is more of George Soros' doing, along with the New American Communist Party (Democrats).

• Have you noticed we haven't had any mass shootings since Trump became President? Are you beginning to wonder why not? Keep thinking about it. The answer will come to you eventually.

• MSM news reports would have you believe the entire US is against President Trump, yet nothing could be further from the truth. Americans support Donald Trump’s Jan. 25 comprehensive immigration reform by three to one, according to a poll by Rasmussen Reports.

Sixty-one percent of Americans agree with the immigration priorities described in Trump’s Jan. 25 Executive Order, which seeks to exclude migrants who oppose Americans’ values. Only 19 percent of Americans — and only 28 percent of Democrats — disapprove of Trump’s decision to align immigration policy with Americans’ civic and cultural values.

• Leftist ideology and conservatism diverge from the start.

Conservatism is based on objectivity and believes there are objective truths which can be known, that those truths can be discovered or learned by experience, and that basing your future endeavors on a foundation of such knowledge can lead to greater success.

The Left, however, believes in relativism and takes a position that there are no objective truths in politics or human events, thus all ideas and cultures are equal, and have equal odds of success. Anything that succeeds more than random chance can only do so by stealing the success of others, thus must be punished or mitigated.

Western civilization has been on a winning streak since the Trojan War. But Leftist philosophy doesn't allow for that, so instead of rejecting a false axiom (the idea that nothing is objectively true, if taken as true, is self-refuting), they come to the conclusion that the "winners" in life's lottery are the biggest evil that has ever been unleashed upon the world, and must be replaced by literally anything else.

He will not divide us.
Every delusion and insanity of Leftist behavior always comes back to the conflict between objective fact and the belief that everything is relative. Leftist philosophy is rooted in error, and can only produce error. It is a compass that finds true South and labels it North.

U.S. citizens do not want unfettered access by the entire planet to our financial infrastructure. We demand a return to constitutional sanctity and rule-of-law. We, as voters, have charged Trump with representing OUR will, not the will of totalitarian politicians (regardless of party affiliation). Trump is following through with this mandate of the people, it scares the elite globalists to death.

• The mainstream media (comprised of six companies worldwide), is collapsing as people wake up to the notion that they've been lied to and manipulated by tyrants, dictators, communists, and liberals as well as corporate pukes.

• Did you hear that half of CNN's Twitter followers are likely to be fake? Why am I not surprised? An audit of CNN’s Twitter account reveals that their most recent rating reflected an abysmal 46% real followers, 54% fake.

The lovely and talented
Republican Senator
Lisa Murkowski of Alaska
• Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska has turned on her constituency and says she opposes the repeal of Obamacare if it means defunding Planned Parenthood or eliminating the state’s expansion of Medicaid. I wonder when she is up for re-election?

• The Writing Center at the University of Washington is telling students that expecting Americans to use proper grammar perpetuates racism. Yeah, right.

A press release put out by the University of Washington’s Writing Center argues that “there is no inherent ‘standard’ of English,” and that pressure to conform to proper American grammar standards perpetuate systems of racism.

“Linguistic and writing research has shown clearly for many decades that there is no inherent ‘standard’ of English,” claims the writing center’s statement. “Language is constantly changing. These two facts make it very difficult to justify placing people in hierarchies or restricting opportunities and privileges because of the way people communicate in particular versions of English.”

The university’s Writing Center Director, Dr. Asoa Inoue, suggests that racism has produced certain unfair standards in education.

“It is a founding assumption that, if believed, one must act differently than we, the institution and its agents, have up to this point,” Inoue claimed. While overt racism is usually easily identified, more elusive are microaggressions, forms of degradation which manifest on a subconscious and casual level. As the statement reads “Racism is pervasive. It is in the systems, structures, rules, languages, expectations, and guidelines that make up our classes, school, and society.”

The university’s Vice Chancellor, Jill Purdy, claimed that the Writing Center’s new statement is a great example of how academia can fight back against racism. “Language is the bridge between ideas and action,” she claimed. “So how we use words has a lot of influence on what we think and do.”

Of course, this is wrong on so many levels that it's difficult to comprehend the monumental stupidity of these so-called learned men and women. Ah, but it seems the politics and political correctness in both Washington State and Oregon has lost all sense. I will address the need for proper grammar in another post but I would like to say the effort of the Writing Center at UofW represents regressive intellectuality. Obviously, people in that part of the country are growing stupider by the day.

• In yet more insanity, a girl from Trinity High School in Euless, Texas, who wants to be a guy, has won the UIL Girl's Wrestling state championship. He/she is taking testosterone to help him/her feel more like a guy. It apparently makes her/him stronger and gives him/her/it an advantage over the other girls. What a world we live in.

• Only 28 percent of Americans support former President Barack Obama’s pro-transgender claim that the federal government should decide bathroom policies in elementary and secondary schools, says a new poll by Rasmussen Reports.

Transform yourself.
In contrast, 36 percent said local governments should set “bathroom policies” governing youths who say they want to live as members of the opposite sex. Another 28 percent of respondents said state government should set the rules for transgender disputes, according to the poll.

That adds up to 64 percent opposition and only 28 percent support for federal rule.

The two-to-one opposition is bad news for progressives, who are currently campaigning for federal politicians and federal judges to impose a national policy that would allow people to change their legal sex by simply declaring they have the “gender identity” of an opposite-sex person.

• Actor Bill Paxton has died due to complications from surgery. He was 61. Paxton, born in Forth Worth, Texas, had a long and accomplished career in television and film. Memorable films include “Titanic,” “Aliens,” “The Terminator,” “Tombstone,” “Apollo 13” and “Twister.”

He was also featured in many television shows, including the lead in HBO’s “Big Love,” the “Hatfield & McCoys." He was most recently cast in the CBS drama "Training Day."

• Question of the day: If a woman wears a see-through top, is it okay to say, "Look, I can see your nipples!"?

2 comments:

  1. If possible, ignore the nipple. Pretend it doesn't exist. Otherwise, grounds for sexual harassment may be established and you could be sued for admiring the female form. We simply can't have that.

  2. The bogus mass shootings dissolved when the new administration took office. Don't give money to charities associated with those incidents! They are scams perpetuated by leftists!
